To celebrate International Women’s Day we would like to share some thoughts and reflections of our female games design students.
Since it’s foundation in 2005 UCLan’s Games Design course has had 3 Course Leaders and 1701 students; within this, women have accounted for 2 course leaders and 280 Students.
Today we celebrate as women account for 29% of our staffing and 25% of our student cohort.
Over the next few weeks we will be adding a further selection of bio's from our female games design students so please check back for updates.

As the course team of Games Design, we encourage each student to develop and realise their ambitions, respect one another’s skills and dreams and in so doing help lay a strong foundation of parity within the Games Industry.
